My name's Annella and I'm a patient with Dr. Kramer and Miss Ashley. What made me comfortable to choose Dr. Kramer, she had great reviews online. I went into the website and I just kind of overviewed it. It sounded great, it was close, and then, when I came in, I was just really kind of sold because her and Miss Ashley were a phenomenal team. I've been coming to Dr. Kramer since 2019, I believe, and the results have been phenomenal. She has given me amazing cleanings, great advice. And I chipped my tooth recently, I came in, she fixed it, it was great, and we're going to start Invisalign soon, so I'm excited for that journey as well. What impressed me most about Dr. Kramer and her office is probably the consistency with the staff, and honestly the consistency with her. Every time I come in, they remember pretty much everything I told them my last visit. It's pretty much fluid and we always have a great time, and, you know, we get it done as well. The staff around Dr. Kramer is phenomenal. I love to come in, I love to chitchat with them. Like I said, they always remember and they always have great conversation. They're always happy, they're always very sweet and positive, and they're very knowledgeable. How they changed my life, they made it extremely easy to get my husband in here. He's not a dentist guy but now he actually is, so that's been phenomenal. They've really kind of helped alleviate the fear for him, and it's made my life easier, so I'm happy about that.
