Use It Or Lose It!
As summer gives way to fall, it's time to think football, warmer clothes and leftover insurance benefits. Ok, maybe you'vealreadybeen to your favorite high school, college or NFL team season opener, and maybe you even made theswitch to fallin your closet, but many people are still unaware that the end of the year also signals the expiration of their dental benefits and money in their flexible spending plans.
If you have not used all of your allocated dental insurance, it will not carry over to 2012. Monies in flexible spending plans work much the same way, but generally must also be used by December 31 or anything left in the account will be lost. So if you have any treatment previously diagnosed by Dr. Siegel, but you just have not had time to schedule, or you would like to proceed with a cosmetic dentistry procedure to enhance your smile, now is the time. Don't lose your hard-earned dollars-spend it on yourself!
