Recent Continuing Education Courses Attended
To be successful in any professionrequires a committment to lifelong continuing education, and this Rockville cosmetic dentist has been no slouch in that department. On June 22, 2007, I attended the Invisalign Certification 2 course in Washington, DC. Our office will now be able to treat more complex orthodontic cases that may involve the use of auxillary techniques beyond those attained in the Certification 1 course. This past May, I attended the 23rd Annual Scientific Session of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry in Atlanta, Georgia. While there I had the opportunity to attend lectures and participate in workshops in the areas of occlusion, Eshtetic Dentistry and Cerec CAD/CAM Dentistry, given by some of the most respected speakers in the profession. Last June my staff and I attended a 3 day course in Sedation Dentistry in Alexandria, Virginia given by the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. This coming October I will be attending a course in Advanced Cardiac Life Support given by the same organiztion. Last October I attended a two day symposium celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Cerec Technology held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Lectures were given by the top names in CAD/CAM Dentistry.
